Delicious Rice Balls at “Genmai Omusubi Sabocha Mise”

The rice balls at this shop are made with Higashikawa rice. The rice variety is Yume Pirika, and the salt used is from Souya. The seaweed (nori) comes from Hyogo. The rice balls are made with ingredients from Hokkaido and other parts of Japan. This shop always has 13 to 15 types of rice balls.

The regular items include “Tuna Wasabi,” “Ume (plum) with Bonito and Shiso (perilla).” The special item is “Soft-Boiled Egg.” The “Soft-Boiled Egg” is made with eggs from a poultry farm in Higashikawa.
